Good day guys,
I got this coin today. The obverse is damaged because of a hard plastic like material that was stuck on to it. I confess I did not rub nor clean the coin but I used my thumb on to the material and flaked it off.
That being said, can anyone inform me as to why the is a "dot" on the reverse just over the 1 and 9 ?

That's interesting imo if you soaked it in acetone it may remove some crud and may or may not remove the blob dot. Would have some sort of decent value if it's actually raised metal
