Still just one new coin posted. The problem may with your file names. In any event, the new coin is Richard I in the name of Henry II. The moneyer is +STIVENE ON LVN. According to North, the coins of this moneyer belong to classes 2-4b. Classes 2, 3 and 4a are assigned to Richard I. 4b is given to John. However, SCBC (much more recent), gives 4b to Richard, meaning Stivene's coins from London are always for Richard. Narrowing this coin down to a specific class will be difficult given the strike.

The moneyer on this latest coin is +ALEIN ON CARDI (Carlisle). North gives Alein's classes at Carlisle as 1b,c,3,4a,b. I think the crudeness of the portrait rules out class 1. 4b has colon stops on reverse. That leaves us at 3 or 4a, both classes assigned to Richard I. The beard on 3 is made of small curls. The beard on 4a is made of pellets. The coin below is attributed as 4a by Dix Noonan Webb. I believe the reverse die may be the same as yours.
