Looks altered/counterfeit to me.
Full pictures of both sides of the coin under better lighting might help. The current pictures are too bright and reflective.

I'm not an expert on this series, but OP might have a real one here. The rims look a bit suspect though.

Still don't think it looks right. Can't see the urination stream below the Buffalo and the rear leg looks too strong. I think it's a die struck counterfeit of probable Chinese origins. If you think it's real then send it in for TPG.

This is a fake as has been pointed out the rear leg is way too strong and the "urine stream" is missing (they did get the distant e Pluribus unum right) And the genuine coins have heavy die flowlines on the back of the indians neck, forehead, temple etc which are missing on this coin as well.

Definitely a one-look fake. The rear leg should be moth-eaten and faint, as shown.  to the CCF!
