I bought 6 of these from a roadside antique dealer in Mumbai, wayyyy back in 1970, when I was travelling through, overland India to Europe. They cost me about 10 cents each. Kushanshah Pillar of the Community United States 1554 Posts	Posted 05/12/2019 01:49 am Your coin is a silver "light tanka" (~4.1g) struck at Barfurushdih in Mazandaran province, Iran. The mint name is in the cartouche. The ruler's name is mostly off flan but possibly the Aq Qoyunlu sultan Ya'qub (1478-1490). Others of this standard at this mint were struck by local partisans in the name of the Timurid Sultan Husayn. Sorry I can't be more precise with regard to the ruler.
