Not mine, just something I found on another forum that was interesting enough to research. Unfortunately I do not read a lick of Cyrillic and this has evaded every trick of searching I know. lol

This is dated 1995 and also has "690 on it. I assume it is commemorating 690 years of something.

Looks like a commemorative round, but my Cyrillic is pretty much non-existent too. Here is an enhanced close-up of the side with all the writing. Hopefully @january1may or someone will weigh in.

Under the church is written Prijepolje, a town in Serbia.
Certainly not a coin, probably a commemorative medal.
I do not understand Serbian, so I cannot understand the round inscription, that is about 400 years of something and 450 of something else.

Awesome, thank you!

We found another lead as well which matches what you was able to translate.

It`s Serbian, commemorates 450 years of Mileševa printing house https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mile%...inting_house(top)

400 years of the Burning of Saint Sava's relics https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Burni...a%27s_relics (bottom)
