Sorry I'm new to this but iv did alot of searching and reading and through trial and error I beleieve I have something I need a experienced coin collecter to identify for me. Let me know if I got the term right please I'm trying to get the vocab down.

It has a line through the lettering in a perfect circle. Thank you I thought I seen a diff coin in similar condition is why I thought that. Thank you for the welcome and the reply, still trying to learn.

The damage to a coin will enlarge the devices. But they will not be even as a doubled die will show.

Just a damaged coin. Also your coin is showing reverse images. a DDO would be a doubled die obverse. So if it were a doubled die, it would be a DDR, not a DDO.

Thank yall for the respond and the welcome. Yeah sorry I just started collectiong yesterday. Iv been doing alot of researching. I'm still having a problem with identifying a double die on coins, due to my $1 magnifying glass.
