Looks normal to me. It's a Impaired Proof and the mintmark shows well placed hits from circulation wear and tear. It's Post Strike Damage ( PSD).

The shape of the mintmark is normal. I looked it up and they'll look that.

Also the mintmarks are all in the same location for that year. (RPMs stopped in 1989) If the mintmarks are enlarged after 1990, then they are called doubled dies. But as mentioned, yours is normal. (contact mark on the NW corner)
