2019 Mariana Islands Quarter Errors?

This could be due to damage or a little grease on the die, depending on whether this area is below or above the rest of the field. I can't tell from this pic. For the coin on the right, I see that you are pointing to the rim, but it isn't clear to me what you are seeing with the coin in hand. Please give us a little more info. Thx!
