2014 Utah Arches State Quarter Been holding on to this guy for a while. I would like to know what is going on with him! He doesn't have much damage other than a few minor scratches and none would explain why the clad is taken off in this mottled pattern.

Judging from your photos,IMO its just staining ( PMD) safe to spend...and to CCF
