1993 D LMC RPM. How Many Ds?

First off, let me say this coin looks like crap. But I've never seen anything like this mint mark. To me it looks like there are 3 different Ds and the earliest one may be tilted horizontally. What do you think?

Just one because there were no RPMs after 1990. The plating is split and the zinc is rotting. No premium for this. Happens a lot on Zincolns:
