Is this normal weight? If so looks like it's in pretty good shape other than weight differences

May have been an underweight planchet to begin with. ED may have been a minor factor in weight loss. Genuine, XF details, would not straight grade. Worth about a buck.

Your concept of "in pretty good shape" and mine differ considerably.

Spec is 3.11 tolerance is .13 +/- so low legal is 2.98 g. Since you only list to one decimal point if the coins was just .04 grams below tolerance, some of which might come from wear, the scale would show 2.9 grams. For over or underweight genuine coins I don't think there is much interest until you are about .4 grams out of spec. In the case of an bronze small cent a single decimal weight of 2.6 grams.

Condor101 hit all the relevant points on this IHC.

Pretty good shape? I guess that's in the eye of the beholder, it would rate pretty good shape to me as a new collector that got a handful of IHC's from my grandmother. Some years later after becoming more knowledgeable and seeing a lot more coin in hand it's one I'd probably pass over with barely a glance at all. Coins like this are what got me started so I can't fault anyone for liking them, but then attending my first big coin show, really opened my eyes to what is out there. Spent a few evenings drinking beers with Rick Snow and looking through his boxes of IHC in the 90's now that really opened my eyes! LOL
