Hello everyone been awhile since my last post but here's an interesting one. It looks to be still originally sealed but how could it be possible to have 2 denver minted coins in it? Even if it's not the only reason I cherry picked the set was for the type b rev quarter.

interesting enough. packaging error, incomplete set is what I'd call it. but I'm no expert. Does the Red D portion have the missing Ps?

Every time I see something like this, it makes me think someone is having a little fun.
Or maybe it was a secret conspiracy to help the Denver mint look better by putting D mint marks on coins minted in Philadelphia. These two coins got by and provide conclusive evidence of the Secret Coin Cabal of 1959.
Viral social media rumors have started with less.

I suspect that it's not in the original packaging.

It very well could be a packaging error. Yes, it does happen sometimes.

It happens very rarely, that I'll see a 1950 mint set sealed in plastic on the bay.

They sell custom bag n seal kits from China.
