@SL, a couple thoughts for you--these pics could be greatly improved if you took the coin out of the 2x2 first. Also, you need more lighting in order for us to make out the details. With that said, this coin has either been holed and plugged or someone started to put a hole in and gave up. That of course is not a mint error but rather damage.
