Don't remember seeing one with as large of a die scratch on the obverse (as well as many all over), and the reverse having what looks like heavy die polishing.

I don't really know this, so how much do these affect the grading of the coin? Aside from them, other than a couple of hits on the jawline, it's a really nice coin with great luster. Any help?

Thanks!!

The obverse appears to have die scratches.
I'm more confident that the lines on the reverse were the result of die polishing.

Die Scratches from a die polishing. They were trying to get rid of a Die Clash.

Ok, how badly do they bring the grade down, likely? Can a coin that has all these still get an MS grade?

Coins with die scratches can get a grade of MS,however extreme cases (like yours) might hold them down around 63/64 or even 65. Remember to take in eye appeal, which is part of the grading system.......I'm sure someone with more expierence will jump in..Also to CCF
