For instance 1938 had both buffalo and Jefferson nickels.

The 1999-current quarters do not count since they are still Washington quarters.

The 2004 and 2005 nickels do not count since they are still Jefferson nickels.

The 2009 one cent coins do not count since they are still Lincoln cents.

Assuming you are talking about US coins only, but there was significant overlap in both types of Three Cent pieces.

Liberty and Shield nickels.

Indian and Lincoln cents.

Indian and Liberty $5 and $10 gold

Liberty and St Gaudens $20 gold

Bust and Seated 50c, 25C, 10c, 5c

Seated and Trade dollars.

Trade and Morgan dollars.

Pres and Sac dollars.

If you are trying to organize your coins, you could download one of the free spreadsheet formats. They would also contain some of the information you are looking for.
