MS yes...details...not sure. the obverse is pretty banged up more so even for an MS60. the scratches on the OBV seem to be longer strokes than you would normally see from banging against other coins especially across the cheek and next area. also, something is a little odd above the 22 in the date.

Indeed. I noticed PCGS doesn't hand out too many 60s. The pop is dwarfed by the 58s and 61s, for this particular coin at least.

No luck on the 60. At least is straight graded. 37213414 1922 $1 VAM 1F Field Break AU58

The 'back up' ANACS MS-60 I sent crossed at AU58 too.

58 seems right, a lovely scarce VAM to boot.
