panzaldi Bedrock of the Community United States 18673 Posts	Posted 05/21/2019 10:34 am MS yes...details...not sure. the obverse is pretty banged up more so even for an MS60. the scratches on the OBV seem to be longer strokes than you would normally see from banging against other coins especially across the cheek and next area. also, something is a little odd above the 22 in the date.
