No, not a Lamination error. Just a huge Linear Plating Bubble. A spender, since it's a common plating issue. http://www.error-ref.com/blisteredplating/

great example..Someone might want image for his tutorial pages......agree no added value,but I would keep because it's neat and size...cheap to keep

It's a dramatic example of linear plate bubbling, so keep it if you like it, but it adds no value.
