And when I bid in any European auction if I see these in the lot I stay away as they just are such a challenge. But when you buy estates you have no choice. You get the mans collection and these can be in there. So does anyone have any issue with this coin? 15.5 mm, 2.23 grams. These are important coins and people do want / need them for collections. I've always admired roman coinage for its' robust design and character. I like the styles and how far the devices are from the fields. I also like variations in thickness in some of them. From my experience, I think its mostly the ones with the "crazy hair" that are more suspect. Report this Post to the Staff
