I am still new and I know its hard to tell a real no s penny from a normal one. But this one does have the shine, is well struck. Thanks for the help. :)

Normal coin from Philly. A lot of these were struck. The missing 'S' in on the 1990 Proof cent from San Francisco.

no mint is Philadelphia ;) on this business strike. The "no S" 1990 you are thinking of is on a proof coin.

The no S is on a proof coin,yours is a business strike. Use the search box,upper left of page for more info.
