I found this but cannot find anything online about it
on the front side it has a picture of the statue of liberty and says "LIBERTY ISLAND N.Y" and on the back says "Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, the wretched refuse of your teeming shore send these the homeless, the tempest-tost to me I lift my lamp beside the Golden Door"

Yes, it's a Statue Of Liberty Medallion, Pendant or charm, not a coin. Looks like something bought in the Statue of Liberty gift shop. The big question for me is, how did it get to West Saint Paul, MN? It belongs in New York,
