1812 Capped Bust Half Dollar Variety?

I saw this half dollar on and thought it either may be an 1812/1 large 8, or there also appears to be some number or a 3 under the 2 in the date. I'm no expert of capped bust halves but thought there may be something there. Any thought?

Looks like the 1812/1 Small 8. It's an R4.9 variaty. PCGS price guide is around $135

Nothing that can't be fixed with time. I just hit up google for this one and went to PCGScoinfacts.
