The main reason I collect One Cent error coins is this...

If I collect every single type of known common error Lincoln Cent, Even if the collection goes into hundreds of coins, if I decide to keep every single coin, regardless of the degree or type of error, I will still only have an investment of a few dollars. So I keep all of the errors I find. My goal, ?

Maybe to make a display of the degrees of various errors.
Either way you go, it's cheap searching for One Cent examples.

If you decide it's no longer interesting, spend them.

That is a great list as mentioned above. As your hobby progresses you will figure out what you like to look for. I used to look through tons of cents front and back but not so much anymore. I like the finer ones. Like my scotch
