Both are mint state condition, with lustre, and now both are in PCGS holders.

Very nice SPP.
Can you explain why the term "Reverse Brockage" is sometimes used when a brockage is struck on coins such as the ones you have posted with Obverse images as well as for Brockage coins which have a normal Reverse image and a Brockage of the reverse on opposite side
I know it sounds confusing but I think you know what I mean.

You'd have to go to PCGS with that question... in the case of your 2006 1-cent, it should be called "Obverse Brockage" if the same logic is followed...
