Reverse is much better than the obverse. Necklace is well defined but edge of hair very poorly defined. It wouldn't get a VF grade in the UK, although it's actually quite a nice coin as they are frequently found worn flat.
You find most of the British coins from around that time are a lesser grade on the obverse than the reverse, and some of that is down to a weak strike. They had gone for much deeper portraits than before and the machinery was not quite up to it.
