I picked up 17 mint rolls of half dollars 2000 to 2016 and was wondering if anyone checked any of there years for varities.

there is a 2000 P you could look for, other than that I don't think there is much else in that year range but I could be wrong.
Finding and discovering modern Canadian doubled die varieties since 2018.

You will not find a 2000P in any mint roll. Those were only issued encased in a clock set.
