So first I noticed the R in liberty almost touches the T and goes to a point. Next in god we trust partial is faded.i believe the date says 1980 But I can't really tell On the 8 . On the other side AMERICA the R looks almost DD. The E.PLURIBUSURIS usu is faded and the to dots on the side of that word there suppose to be solid circles only 1 is on the right the left 1 is deft open. Please help with this.

Looks like a slightly misaligned obverse die and perhaps some grease-fill effects on the motto. Reverse shows Die Deterioration and perhaps some corrosion?

The 1980 D is just damage from a coin counting/vending machine, heavy circulation and laying in a parking lot.
