I Can't Identify A Non US Cu-Ni Blank Planchet

Standfast Valued Member United States 213 Posts	Posted 05/30/2019 11:54 am Hello everyone, I recently purchased a type 1 (no rim) cupro-nickel blank planchet at a local coin show. I have tried to identify it myself, but can't. I'm hoping someone here may recognize the specs. It weighs 4.1 grams and has a 20.6 mm diameter. I tried to upload a photo, but the image was taken with my phone and ends in .png I guess I'll have to figure out how to convert .png to .jpeg or something else that works. Any help is appreciated. oriole Pillar of the Community Canada 5238 Posts	Posted 05/30/2019 12:28 pm I suggest do an "advanced search" on numista, putting in the weight and diameter as the search parameters. Otherwise this would be a very difficult task-and no guarantee that this is a coin-maybe it is a token blank. Report this Post to the Staff
