The two California Pacific International Exposition (aka San Diego) examples are often found with the bright, booming luster as well shown on the OP coin.

The 1915 exposition was held in what today is known as Balboa Park (also now home of the world famous San Diego zoo). The two structures shown on the reverse of the coin remain.

I'll go MS66 - very nice example.
