Can you please be more specific? I am very confused by your question. They both look like normal Quarters to me.

I think he means there's no MM on his Quarter . For op > They didn't put mintmarks on 1965-1967 Quarters .

During 1965-1967 there were no mintmarks on any of the "U.S. coins". The only thing that could make a raised area on that area would be mark across the whole area from a clash.

I'm not seeing that on your coin. Unknown cause. The die may have been polished on that area to remove a clash? But no premium for this coin.
