I found a lot of double die coins in the same Quarter box. This is one of them. I compared this issue with the Wexler's site. http://doubleddie.com/1192040.html

Honestly I think this may be a new DDR. The doubling is a bit stronger and is visible in more areas than WDDR-010.

Also, the reverse image is wrong.

Sorry, I just got back in town. I don't know why the Obverse and Reverse are incorrected. I checked other of my posts and they are changed to these images. I just compared it again and I agreed with you that is the new discovery.
