Nothing wrong with that coin other than some damage/discoloration. Worth 25 cents.

@m123, I agree with @bs that this quarter has a scrape by the date and some surface coloration, neither of which occurred at the mint. You coin is only worth face value.

Looks altered after the strike. Perhaps acid was used on it from an eye dropper? The fields show reduction and the 'WE' looks ghost like because of the acid etching. Probably the same on the reverse.
