txgolfer56 Valued Member United States 475 Posts	Posted 06/06/2019 11:26 am A claim has been filed with USPS by the seller. The story makes no sense. There was no attempt to actually deliver the package even though the truck was across the street based upon GPS location when the status was changed. The package had to be on the truck to scan the barcode. My Ring doorbell shows nothing. The message on the tracker says "Unable to access the delivery location". The delivery location is a house with a mailbox and a door bell. We received some mail in our mailbox that day. They have no explanation why an attempt to deliver notification was not filled out. They claim to have looked everywhere for the package. Still a mystery. Report this Post to the Staff

westernsky Pillar of the Community United States 7627 Posts	Posted 06/06/2019 2:04 pm Sounds like the carrier that day had no idea what he/she was doing or got overwhelmed.....or maybe both! I know when my regular carrier takes vacation things go haywire till he gets back. Stuff gets put in the wrong mail box. The sub drives up and down the street multiple times trying to correct mistakes and deliver stuff that was missed. It's crazy. I watch the "Informed Delivery" website like a hawk when my regular carrier is off. Report this Post to the Staff
