Can you show us a full, clear photo of the entire reverse of the coin in question?

The easiest diagnostic is not visible in the photos you provided - you need to examine the position of the letter A in the reverse legend STATES.

If the letter A is exactly centered between the two T - then you have a CAM. Otherwise, it's a WAM .... which is by far more likely given the 1992 date.

They are both normal WAM 1992-D cents. The AME spacing and the location of FG prove that.
