Hey everyone I'm Jason and I'm trying to find out if this is a mint error on the ear of this 1995 D penny, I've read that there is a Double ear error for the 1995 D penny! Could someone please help me out thanks!

Yes, 1995-D has a doubled ear variety (die 3). The upper right of the ear is nicely doubled, but the IN GOD WE TRUST is so strongly doubled that it would be hard not to see that long before noticing the bit on the ear. But probably still another doubled ear or two yet to be discovered on those mid to late 1990's coins, so worth looking at.

Not seeing it, sorry. I am seeing only a well placed hit on the earlobe from Post Strike Damage ( PSD).
