What you have is a combination of heavy circulation wear and DDD.

Also Machine Doubling on the profile of the bust. Not a doubled die or a collectable. It is an issue with heavy circulation, Die Deterioration and Machine Doubling. If this were a doubled die, you would expect to see a raised area, not a reduced area that Machine Doubling creates. A doubled die is a double set of hubbed devices/design that is on the die. Machine Doubling is an alteration after the strike. Probably the greatest DDO even shows this hub doubling on the face devices:

Note the affected areas are raised not flatten like Machine Doubling causes.

Machine Doubling can happen on a doubled dies as well:
