I'm pretty sure but not positive the mint mark and Letters in Liberty doubled? And some kind of strange mark running up and down through liberty

That's a Linear Plating Bubble in "LIBERTY". The mintmark unfortunately shows zinc rot ( PSD) from the zinc core being exposed to the air. A spender at this point.

@cm, one characteristic of most plating bubbles is that you can depress them with a wooden toothpick. While of course we are always happy to have you post questions here, you could also begin to self-diagnose what has happened to the coins you find.
