Good afternoon I was looking through pocket change day when I came across this 2014 shield penny which appeared to have something on the zero. Could this be a possible double die? This is my first post I am new here. Thank You

to CCF. For sure not a doubled die. Is it above the surface,below or even? Might be a water stain if even,broken die post if raised,damage if below.
