We do see that "wrinkling" of the surface with clad coins that have been in fires. But what does that mean? Am I supposed to do a contest ? And ps I 100% agreed on it being PMD when I first looked at the quarter. But I'm not checking this one back yet because I'm not 100% sure. It is been struck a couple of times I'm just having a really hard time figuring out if it's overstruck or multiple strike. And it may have been in the fire, but I don't understand how.
