PCGS - Born this day in 1734, Daniel Boone would appear on Silver Commemorative Half Dollars between 1934 and 1938. This 1935 example is graded PCGS MS67.

I'm afraid my 1935 is but a lowly MS-65...

My first-year-of-issue 1934 grades MS-66, but still no MS-67!

Note: My coins have been scanned vs. photographed. As a result, they tend to look dull and washed out - they are not! Each has wonderful luster!

can I assume many commemorative coins exist in higher grades because when issued they were not general circulation coins? or were they circulated? those are really perfect examples
