Maybe some Machine Doubling, but pictures are very blurry and pixelated.

Keep in mind the 1968 cents were the last ones with this master die. So the MD is breaking down a lot. The devices are moved to the edge of the die. But I'm not seeing a doubled die on this coin. What are you seeing as doubling?
