Picked this up for my 7070. Interesting die chip in the shield and a few cracks here and there.

I would think closer to MS63, no discernible wear on the shield lines at all.

I agree: a well struck example. Spines on the leaves more obvious than most coins of this type.

Tiny amount of slight / wear scuffing on the high points of the design,

I'm at AU-58 as well. The reverse in particular does not look that sharp-edged.

I can't tell either AU58 or MS63/64 range. I agree with panzaldi on the reverse, but can't really discern if it's just dull or rub.
