1991 Cent With Questionable Errors - Coin Community Forum

Spence Moderator United States 34424 Posts	Posted 06/15/2019 08:29 am @lgotit, when I rotate, enlarge, and enhance the area just below LIBERTY, it mostly looks like this cent took a hit which left a vaguely 9-shaped gouge in your coin. I don't think that this is a mint error, but a close-up pic might help to confirm.
