I'm not sure if these are RPMs or Strike Doubling or damage.

Looking for proper identification for these in photos 1, 2, 3 & 4.

Unfortunately, all of it is Machine Doubling. No RPM's here. You can see how the mintmark got shaved off, reducing the size of it.

Note on each one of them:
1. The overall size of a normal mintmark is there.
2. All the mintmarks have been reduced by Machine Doubling.
3. On a RPM, the variety has the metal raised from the fields, not a reduction on the tops of the devices.

4. RPMs are often in a direction or show a split on the serifs:
