I need help to get this quarter validated on being a true error coin, you can see that there is a 67 on what is supposed to be a 69.

to CCF. Looks like damage from a coin counting/wrapping machine.Not an error.

A little hard to tell for sure what caused this damage from these pics, but I agree with @john1.

I have a phone that I am taking the pictures with, any ideas on how to get a better picture. I have a jewlers loupe that I have been inspecting the coin with and I don't know what you guys are looking at, but you can clearly see the seven. you can also see that the kneck comes down a little further than normal.
