I found this in my dad's coins and it looks like a relief map it's so bumpy. Not smooth like a coin should be, but also doesn't look like something happened to it while circulating. Maybe a smelting issue? Anyone see one like this before?

Yeah, definitely direct heat. Those silver aloys are easy to mangle. Not that I know from experience ...

My Guess would be, Was Attacked by Godzilla with flaming anger I have found some ground finds looking not so pretty like this coin and a lot of the stores will not take them or damaged coins, they say take them to the bank.
