If for better eye appeal of a personal preference an acetone dip and nothing more ("dip"- don't wipe dry/scrub). However, keep the above replies in mind as to value. Ccaazm800 New Member United States 22 Posts	Posted 06/19/2019 10:32 am @Ballyhoo As I am a newbie to the more in depth part of coin collecting, the acetone and dipping are new to me. I heard when I was younger to not clean my coins but I hear and see the dipping and what not going on. Just curious on the idea of it. I admire the history or story behind each coin I save (even though its just not knowing exactly where it has been) Thank you everyone on the input for these. Report this Post to the Staff
