Mintmark position is off, so immediately no. Even if it did look like the mintmark was right, I think this coin is too far gone, too worn, to actually see any traces of the doubling. The 4 looks damaged as well.

Good call on the MM, I hadn't noticed Tanman2001. Thanks for the feedback. I think I'll keep it anyway, just to give to the grandkids later in life.
