It's not that I'm trying to assemble a complete set of Liberty Half Eagles, but I do perk up when I see a good deal on a date I don't have. I liked the look of this common, circulated San Francisco coin. What say you? Thanks!

I think this coin has AU-53 sharpness but is a little baggy. There is a fair amount of original luster around the perimeter between letters and stars (just as there should be on an AU gold piece). I like the reddish toning which gives the coin a very attractive original look.
I'd call it AU-50 overall, and solid for that grade.
