Its a planchet flaw.
Very common the this date.

Here in the U.S.,it would be either a lamination flaw or a struck through copper foil. It is very minor so little if any premium.

In Oz it's a planchet flaw. To the real collector it carries a very small premium. To those who handle coins by the thousand it could be regarded as common but a good start on the road of interesting stuff!
