@m89, your pic is fine, but I'm not seeing anything other than a well worn silver dime--the rime is starting to be worn down into the tops of the letters. What error(s) are you seeing with the coin in hand?

Surface wear on the coin makes some devices look wider. (When a coin gets worn, the devices reduce in height. the coin wear removes the top off the tapered devices, making them look wider, but they were normal when the coin was new) But it is not a doubled die.
